Who is a bike fit for?

Bike fits are for anyone who enjoys cycling and wants to make sure that they are set up optimally for their body on their bike. 
 
If you experience discomfort when cycling, bike fit changes can reduce the load on back/knees/neck.
 

What does a Bike Fit involve?

You bring your bike, and wear your usual cycling gear and shoes

We have a chat about you, your cycling, and your injury history

A comprehensive musculoskeletal screening is undertaken. You will be shown any exercises you need to address areas identified in your screening.

Your current bike set-up is measured and recorded.  
Video analysis of you cycling on a stationary trainer is used for pre and post bike fit comparison.
Your feedback is provided with each position change which assist us to find your most comfortable position. 
Your final bike set-up is measured and recorded. 

You will receive a report with bike measurements and changes made, pre-and-post photos.
Follow up contact is made after a month to make sure the changes are going well and your cycling is heading in the right direction
